Booking Services
 

By booking any services with Chic Hour Skin ("Provider"), you agree to all of the following terms and conditions:

1. Health and Safety Guidelines
   
   • Masks must be worn at all times upon entry and throughout the duration of services.
   • Only individuals receiving services are allowed on the premises; additional guests must wait outside.
   • If you have been ill or in close contact with someone who is ill, please reschedule your appointment. The "Provider" reserves the right to cancel your appointment if deemed necessary due to health concerns.
    

2. Prepayment Requirement
   
   • Prepayment is required for all services at the time of booking.
    

3. Late Policy and No Shows
   
   • A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Late fees may be assessed beyond this grace period.
   • Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. 
   • Rescheduling of appointments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
    

4. Allergic Reactions
   
   • The "Provider" does not offer refunds in the event of allergic reactions. Allergic reactions can occur unexpectedly and are not the responsibility of the "Provider."
   • By booking with the "Provider," you acknowledge and agree that the "Provider" is not liable for any negative reactions or associated medical expenses.
    

5. Refunds and Concerns
   
   • Refunds are not provided for services rendered.   
   • If you have concerns about the service received, you must notify the Provider within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of service.
    

6. Children Policy
   
   • Due to liability and the specialized nature of services, children are not permitted during appointments.
    

7. Consent and Agreement
   
   ​​• By booking services with Chic Hour Skin, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

   • All content on the website, including logos, branding, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Chic Hour Skin and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. Promoters and Advertisers
   
    • Promoters and advertisers are strictly prohibited from using the Provider's likeness, branding, logos, or any other intellectual property for their own gain or profit without a formal agreement with Chic Hour Skin.

   • Users and third parties are prohibited from assuming, implying, or representing any association with other brands or entities, unless explicitly authorized by Chic Hour Skin in a formal agreement.

   • By using the Chic Hour Skin website, booking services, or interacting with any content, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
